A daughter created a wedding for her dying father to attend. On a sunny Saturday in July, Rachel Wolf was preparing with wedding gown, makeup, and guests.  The day was about her dad. Rachel's father, Dr. James Wolf, is dying of pancreatic cancer.

Fake arrest turns into proposal

Canadian Ben Vienneau popped the question to his girlfriend after he arranged for her fake arrest with the help of his brother-in-law, a police officer. He recorded the entire ordeal in a YouTube video he submitted for a radio contest seeking the wackiest proposal.
